English: The location of the accommodation is great. There are several supermarkets, restaurants and public transport stops nearby. The pool is nice and the sunbeds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious and correspond to the pictures on the internet. German: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants und Haltestellen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Der Pool ist schön und die Liegen sind bequem. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und entsprechen den Bildern im Internet. Turkish: Konaklama yerinin konumu harika. Yakınlarda birkaç süpermarket, restoran ve toplu taşıma durağı bulunmaktadır. Havuz güzel ve şezlonglar rahat. Odalar geniş ve internetteki resimlere karşılık geliyor.

English: I made a mistake when booking the accommodation and therefore booked a day early. Unfortunately, the booking could no longer be cancelled. I then wrote to the accommodation and asked whether it was possible to cancel the first day or postpone our booking by one day. I was told that the accommodation was fully booked and that nothing could be done about my booking. As it was in a way my own fault, I had to accept this. When we arrived a day later than we had actually booked, we were taken to our room and nothing else was said or shown to us. In all the time we spent at the accommodation we were not asked once if everything was ok, if we needed anything or if we had any questions. As a concession to the first day, which we had paid for in full but on which the room was empty, we would have liked at least breakfast on the house. Instead, we were just greeted with silence. The room was extremely dusty. One of the pictures I have added to the review shows how much dirt there was on the floors. There was a fingernail on my sock which had previously been on the floor somewhere in the accommodation. Although we had communicated our arrival time, the room was extremely humid and hot when we arrived. Nobody had bothered to switch on the air conditioning. The room lacked equipment or the equipment was unusable. You would have needed a lighter or matches to use the gas cooker. None of this was available. The safe was unusable as someone had changed the code and it had not been reset. The kitchen is only equipped with the bare minimum. There are no cloths to dry the dishes after you have cleaned them. On the day of departure we had to search for the hosts in the grounds of the accommodation to hand over our key. We were not asked what we thought of our stay, whether we might need a taxi or whether we had any comments. In fact, we weren't told anything at all. You get the feeling here that the well-being of the guests doesn't matter.
