Excellent location located at the back of a tidy court yard near Wukang Building. Host was great with communication in English via Wechat including easy instructions to find the place.
Beds comfortable and appliances worked well enough. There is no kitchen/kitchenette though there is a fridge and microwave, and hot water . dispenser. We were a family of three ( two adults and a toddler) and it walked well. Being on the ground floor and with our toddler able to walk round safely in the courtyard was great - friendly locals too.
Sink wasn't draining very well. It might be a little bit of a squeeze for groups larger than 4 (but doable).. Payment with Alipay adds additional 3% charge for international customers.

Beautiful avenue. Set back off main boulevard. Felt very authentic.
