This is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The house was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to the beach. Also close to the restaurants and events along the bay. The view was beautiful, and being on the balcony looking out gave warm and cozy vibes. Communication was wonderful! Would highly recommend this amazing get away!

I stayed here for work, and the Host is amazing. I have never had such an experience at any vacation rental like the one I had here. We have let our scheduling department that while in this area please book us here. This waterfront Has become a staple to our travels in Birch Bay. There is so much to do in the area the beach is very accessible and it is such a beautiful place.

The house was clean and welcoming. Host was responsive about questions and suggested the local bike rental shop. Overall everything was great! Would book again.
