Clean house, comfortable, quiet, can't beat the location.... 5 minutes from Crystal Bridges, Bentonville square, Bella Vista golf, bike trails everywhere for miles and miles.

We visited many sites in the region; this house's location made a GREAT base camp. We adore mid-century modern; the decor was brilliantly curated = so fun. And I can't say enough about the cleanliness! I think I could've eaten off the floors. Would definitely stay here AGAIN when visiting NWAR.

The instructions and prep for the stay was very efficient by Evolve. The home was very nice and the location was very accessible right off of the I-49 / Hwy 71 interchange. Within 12 -15 minutes of most activities in and around Bentonville and Rogers. The neighbor hood was upscale and quiet. Large living and dining area and private back patio were very nice.
