All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area - NOTE: The property requires stairs to access The short-term residential parking requirements are as follows, according to section 84.28.060 of the San Bernardino County Code: - All rentals must have on-site parking, parking within the property boundaries. - At no time should vehicles be parked on neighboring properties, streets, transportation right-of-way, or in any manner that would create an obstruction. - On-site parking areas shall be kept free from any obstructions, including but not limited to excessive amounts of snow, which would prevent use for vehicle parking. - Only approved on-site spaces shall be used for parking. - Parking shall not exceed the number of vehicles approved under the permit. - Any violation of the conditions of operation of a Short-Term Rental Permit, including parking violations, may result in a notice, fine, suspension, or revocation of a permit.
