I liked that the property was clean, and centralized to most places in Stoke-on-Trent. I didn't like the check in procedure as there is no one there to give you guidance as to the location of the keys to open the front door to get into the property. Its a so called "self check-in" procedure with a little key box on the outside which makes it very unsafe for the guest who may be new to the area, to be standing outside the property with their luggage fondling with these keys to get inside.
It also pose a threat to uninvited or unscheduled guest as I was faced with an incident whereby someone was staying at the property who was not a registered guest which resulted in the involvement of the Police.
