Wander San Juan Islands is adjacent to a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that you refrain from trespassing on neighboring properties, and avoid making loud noises before 9 a.m. or after 10 p.m.
NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
An important notice about bookings at this property, children under 12 are not recommended. This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.
ACCESSIBILITY
The best way to get to this Wander home is via the ~1-hour relaxing ferry ride to the island. Note that the ferry takes vehicles but does book up quickly, so please make sure to have tickets for your arrival and departure well in advance. The house is about a 30-minute drive away from the ferry drop off point. An AWD vehicle will be needed to get up to the property.
PARKING
The garage will be available upon request. Please inform the us in advance if needed.
SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door at each Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
WEATHER
The patio is winterized from September 28 to March, with outdoor furniture, the firepit, and the grill securely stored for protection against high winds and unpredictable weather. Guests during that season may still access the space but cannot use the seating, firepit, or grill. If you wish to use the patio amenities during the winter, a $200 re-winterization fee will apply after your departure.
