Villa Sebastiana B is a welcoming apartment located in a picturesque neighborhood of Positano. It sleeps two people. From Villa Sebastiana B you will enjoy a marvelous view of Positano and, partially, of the sea. Villa Sebastiana B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store, the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Villa Sebastiana B is located on the bottom floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going down a public walkway that includes approximately four stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sebastiana B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a private parking lot. If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a utility room), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the coastline.

Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the entrance hall going down 24 steps. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of Positano through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the terrace through an external access. Mezzanine LevelBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing 12 steps. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
