There's a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The annex consists of a kitchen with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven, a living/dining room with wood-burning stove and Smart TV. There is a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture, and barbecue, hot tub, and private driveway parking for three cars.
