Nestled on an oversized lot near downtown South Bend, this delightful house is the perfect location for Notre Dame home games and other events. Built in 1917, It features a Master Suite with an ensuite bathroom, and a full bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms. There's a firepit and an "outdoor smoking lounge" under huge, mature trees.
