We loved our stay here! Our room was absolutely clean and spacious. When we arrived, the front desk was so welcoming and friendly and helpful. You can immediately smell how clean the building is as you walk in. There is a lot of parking and it is a very quiet Hotel. We had good movies to watch on TV and the bathroom was really nice. It was located not too far away from Pechanga, which is where we were visiting.

I booked and paid for the hotel, and I had the booking confirmation email (also visible on my Agoda app). However, when I arrived to check in, there was no record of my reservation—within just 30 seconds of checking, as if they already knew. I’ve never experienced this issue before. I’m a regular traveler and always book hotels through Agoda, and this was the first time something like this has happened.
The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t comment on other aspects of the hotel, but the behavior of the front desk was unacceptable.
Agoda refunded my money, thankfully. Still, I strongly recommend calling the hotel directly before checking in to confirm your reservation.
