Excellent apartment in Cannaregio, spacious and well appointed, could do with a little tlc but nothing major, very clean and the price was great.
Giacomo, the owner, is lovely. He let us check in early as we had a morning flight and gave us some great tips & recommendations for our visit.
Location is quiet but still close to a few bars/cafes and within a 5-10 min walk of shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. heading towards Rialto, or 5-10 mins in the other direction towards Santa Lucia, both of which are much more reasonably priced than the main touristy areas (San Marco etc).
We flew to from Treviso airport which is further out than the main one, to get to the apartment we took the airport transfer bus (Barzi service, €10 one way or €18 return) to Tronchetto and walked from there which took about 40 mins, or you can get the waterbus for €9pp.

Perfect place to enjoy holiday. Located in Cannaregio district, quiet but still so many cafes all along the way to this apartment, gate compound made us feel safe at night, spacious place, all necessities are provided a perfect place to stay. Plus the host is a nice guy and keep on in touch till checked in.
Definitely will stay again here in the future.
