Amy is a wonderful, welcoming host! She provides cook to order breakfasts at guest selected times, and leaves snacks, coffee, and filtered water in the rooms. Staying at Sweet Dreams B&B feels like home.

The proprietor could not have been more welcoming & attentive. The King Suite was clean & comfortable & well-appointed. We could walk to Ventura Blvd & easily drive to places beyond. We would happily return & highly recommend.

This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming.
There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning!
