We stayed in a 1bedroom previously. We came back because we love Memoir so much. This tiime our room is superior room but its still amazing. Incidentally we had a room for handicap features which shows great thoughtfulness. Its very convenient for Mardi Gras parades. But more importantly, every facility is quality from taps, to sinks, to showers, to beddings, to lovely sofas, to kitchenware to coffee machine. Everything is lux. We brought our dog so again this place is very pet friendly. It is the only place i know that has a specific dog wash room so we can shower our dog in that room instead of our own room. They have a beautiful big big lounge area and co-working space too. So much to explore here.

I read some negative reviews on airbnb and other booking platforms but I must say we experienced none of the sort. I am so happy with the place that we are returning again for a 2nd booking. I booked a 1 bedroom but returning for a superior studio because it's full for Mardi Gras. Very quiet location. beautiful layout with full height window. I am with my dog so its a walk to French Quarters but otherwise it is really an easy walk. We have access to the pool floor but too bad did not have time to use it. Neither did we access the co-working space. The lobby is lovely and welcoming and the kitchen set up is lovely and room is equipped with washing machine and dryer. Really almost all perfect except that I found the reception staff a little cold and less engaging. Not rude but just not as service-minded engaging.

Very nice and comfortable. Mostly clean though we found hair in shower, and former guests stuff in cabinets. Also one of the towels had stains on it. We were charged a resort fee upon arrival and we understood why, but both Agoda and the hotel could do a better job at highlighting that fee beforehand, especially given the price. Overall excepted a bit more from cleanliness to service but they did bring us a complimentary dessert for the bachelorette and complimentary champagne.
Some of the staff was great while others weren’t very kind. For a newer property I guess we expected a bit more but overall a good time and felt safe and mostly clean.

Fabulous location, staff are incredibly helpful. Love the funky interior throughout. Pool on the roof a huge bonus.
