We loved the easy access to the unique downtown restaurants and shops. For a visit to the Ark Encounter, I can't imagine a better stay – just minutes away and much more homey than local hotels.

Very nice stay. Comfortable for two adults and two children. Ceiling fan was nice to have as I usually like lots of air movement regardless of temperature. All seating (for four) was reclinable which really was a good thing after walking all over the ark encounter and level two zip lining. The kitchen was nice with a four place table for a family meal or gaming. The silverware was bad with loose handles and the knives were flimsy, dull, and dangerous, The TV was superb with a good selection of entertainment and news. Overall an excellent value and we enjoyed our stay.
