Greeted by the owner and checked in and shown round the room. Very clean and comfortable. Some noise from other rooms at times but nothing to spoil our sleep. Very convenient for all of Florence’s sights which are walkable. Also surrounded by many GOOD food outlets.

Good property in the close proximity to Duomo. It’s a very European style of accommodation, nice and cozy. We would suggest they have couple cups in each room, and more than one kettle for the tenants to share. Maybe even one small in each room. Private bathroom is small and weird, but it’s private, and for the price it’s perfect.

This was a great stay in Florence. The location is excellent for both Santa Maria Novella and the center of the city. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom and it was very spacious and you could tell lots of care was taken to make the space clean and amenable. Thanks for a great stay!

Lorenzo was an outstanding host and we had an excellent stay. We are Brazilian, and from the first moment he made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described — everything worked perfectly and we felt at home right away. Lorenzo’s reception was impeccable: friendly, warm, and extremely patient. Since my wife and I don’t speak Italian, he took the time to explain everything slowly and clearly, which made the check-in and the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was also excellent. Every time we went out and the room was cleaned, our luggage and personal belongings were always left exactly as we had placed them, which made us feel comfortable and respected. Overall, great value and a truly reliable, professional, and kind host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone visiting Florence — especially other Brazilians who may feel unsure about the language.
