I liked everything about this place !
At first, I was worried about finding this place from the station, but it was not hard at all ! Easy walk !
Very cozy apartment and the owner is very very nice and accommodating too. The common kitchen area is very nice. Oh, and the terrace, it was beautiful and peaceful ! I was able to see the Pope’s Palace from there and hear the birds singing all the time.
This was my first time to stay in a apartment-style hotel, and this one truly met my expectations. I would love to go back to Avignon some day and I would definitely stay here again.

We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you are a walker. With the limitation I described, I think it was a good value for the price, especially since we could prepare/reheat some meals in our own apartment.
