It was a fantastic apartment - private, spacious, clean, lots of amenities. It was also very near the beach.

Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in.
We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. There was a small outside area with table and chairs and steps leading to an upper area too. It was secure enough to safely let our dog out there.
The apartment had two bedrooms, one with en-suite. There was also a separate bathroom so spoilt for choice with just two of us staying there. Large living area with kitchen.
We spent our week travelling around Cornwall and found the location perfect for visiting St Ives, Penzance, Port Isaac, Padstow to name just a few.
The nearest pub we found to eat was The Mermaid situated on Porth Beach but we particularly enjoyed the food at The Farmer’s Arms in St Columb Minor which was just a few minutes drive away.
On our final day, we chose to walk into Newquay along the coastal path from Porth beach. Lovely views as it was thankfully a fine day. Car parking in Newquay was difficult so would definitely recommend walking into centre if you’re able to.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return there in the future.
