I booked this hotel as attending a surprise party at the adjoining Wine Spa. The room was comfortable and clean apart from dusty blinds. The lighting could be better in the areas where mirrors are, especially for women applying makeup. The room had a hairdryer, TV, iron and iron board, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. There was an issue with the TV in my room and this was rectified instantly on reporting by efficient and friendly staff. It can be quite noisy at night due to being attached to a bar and wine spa and there are a lot of other bars quite local. It is centrally placed for shops, restaurants, bars etc and the beach is literally a stones throw away. All in all good value for money.

I sent an email several days before our stay as circumstances had changed and we needed to have access to a fridge to store medication,without hesitation and at no extra cost we were given one of the room across from the hotel which was the only one with a fridge,nothing was a Potter and everyone was so helpful,only complaint I have but didn't address as we had our own was towels not being changed,only the hand towels were changed on the second day and not again

Overall room was lovely and all nicely decorated, shower had poor water pressure so made for a disappointing morning. Few signs of mold/moisture damage to roof
Room was at back of hotel so was woken by glass bottles being recycled. Only small issues and would stay again.
