it was easy to get to nice clean room dog friendly and good accomodation all together and local to all our needs nice and friendly welcoming staff

All was good with the property. The room we stayed in superior double the toilet room was a bit of a squeeze other than at it was very Pleasant.

Was greeted by the lady owner on arrival , who explained everything well .
The room was clean and tidy with lots of toiletries , nice touch.
Breakfast was a self service with lots to choose from , we were expecting a continental breakfast , but there were sausages, beans , boiled eggs and tinned tomatoes. The sausages let a fine breakfast down , but i am biased because i am a butcher with my own shop. So using catering sausages is a no no in my book .
