The owner was friendly, warm and approachable. The room had everything I needed for my stay. With it being Christmas a card and gift were waiting in the room when I arrived, a very thoughtful gesture and a great welcome.

The room was warm and comfortable and in an ideal location in Emsworth. Robin was a lovely host and we had a really wonderful stay.
I would highly recommend.
