Super easy check in with an access code. Clean apartment, super nice shower and comfy beds.
The walls are paper thin, also within the flat. so you hear your roommates as well as your neighbours.
In terms of space, if you plan on sleeping there, taking a shower and hang out (which we did with success), the place is perfect. I don't think it is adapted for families as I can imagine it could very quickly feel suffocating.

Quiet and gated no issues with neighbors or any disturbances
Definitely small not a lot of room in the units as described by other reviews. Upper rooms have a very narrow stairway. the two bedroom unit runs out of hot water after 2-3 people shower you have to wait for heater to refill or take fast showers we learned that our first night. The pull out couches very small as well.
