Ottima posizione, tranquilla ma a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata RAR (1 fermata da Disneyland) e 5 minuti da centro commerciale. Dalla stessa stazione , in 15 fermate si raggiunge comodamente il centro di Parigi. Proprietario cortese. Alloggio molto pulito.
