The host was easy to get hold of even on a bank holiday when needed. Instructions were very clear to get there and when we had a problem it was dealt with quickly. The place had everything for the kitchen.
Would have been good to have a few extra things that wouldn’t cost a lot. For example a hairdryer, salt pepper oil little things like this.
Also the plug sockets are not normal and that should be explained as we could only use the plug socket in the bathroom.
There should also be a note letting you know to turn heating on and the water heater on. And also that you can’t run the water, kitchen hob and lights all together as the power will blow.
Just a note to get the the slopes for skiing you need to get a bus and they come every 20mins or so sometimes longer sometimes shorter. You can walk it in about 20-30 mins but hard if you have all the gear with you.

Great location near the ski bus, town and station (a ten minute walk up the hill). Spacious apartment. Easy to pick up keys after arriving by train.
We knew it didn’t have WiFi or ski storage space so that would have been great but we were aware.
However, it wasn’t really fit for rental. It wasn’t possible to use two hobs together - the fuses tripped every time we tried to cook on two hob plates separately which made catering a challenge. Very little storage space. Insufficient crockery - no mugs and only enough plates etc for one meal. None of the pans had lids. It also would have been helpful to have some basic info about the apartment like where to put rubbish, local restaurants, ski buses etc.
