Had difficulty gaining access via the gate code every time we returned to the property
The bed - a single bed was very uncomfortable.
We had to empty the bins and remove all the bedding at the end of the stay which considering the cost was a cheeky requirement.
Very, very noisy upstairs floor could hear every movement when some one went upstaire

Location is alright, near to Sainsbury and the town center. Safe gated parking. Instructions were clearly given to access the house.
I expected better from a property managed by Signature Stays, especially given the price. A few issues stood out—surprisingly not mentioned by previous occupants:
1) Wine glasses were provided, but no wine opener—we had to purchase one from Sainsbury’s.
2) The dining table still had stains from the previous occupant and had not been properly cleaned.
3) The cookware, particularly the pots, was grimy. I had to scrub them before use, and even the chopping board was dirty.
4) The kitchen floor was greasy and sticky, clearly not cleaned properly.
5) The toilet paper holder was lopsided, with its nails coming loose.
6) The shower gel dispenser was empty. Instead, only a single bottle of combined hair-and-body wash was provided, along with some small shampoo miniatures and lotion hidden behind the mirror.
7) The shower itself was difficult to use—the temperature was hard to control, and the taps had to be turned extremely tightly to stop water from dripping.
Overall, the stay fell short of expectations and lacked the attention to detail one would reasonably anticipate from this level of management.
