The room had an exceptional view of the sea, and was in a great location. The bed was comfortable, the other rooms were quiet, and the room was clean for the most part. Good value for minute and booked about an hour before we arrived and everything was ready for us to check in. There was a lovely looking cafe downstairs as well as a kitchen we were told we could use which is very convenient.
The room was a bit tired with peeling wallpaper and a fair bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling. The windows were also quite murky and very had to close, but I guess that’s what you get with the age of the building!

Right on the water front - the only noise was the wind and the waves! Friendly and helpful staff who allowed me to leave my large pack before check-in time. My room overlooked the ocean, so I could see the sunset! The downstairs sitting room was delightful and having a kitchen was an added bonus I hadn't expected.
There was nothing negative excpet that the curtains were a little thin so the morning light came through.

The location on the seafront is outstanding
Very basic accommodation and I struggled to get in to the hotel late at night.
