House was great! Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable and lots of great amenities for our family. We had fun paddling in the lake, playing ping pong and cornhole and sitting by the fire pit at night (byo roasting forks for marshmallows). Surrounding area provided many great hikes and lots of waterfalls (yellow branch was our favorite). Close to several cute downtown areas with locally owned restaurants and boutiques. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

The house was a great lake house, beautiful weather guaranteed we were able to enjoy the lake. We were in the area to celebrate my a HS graduation. However we had plenty of time for swimming and floating in the lake. The site states the house sleeps 12, however I believe that is assuming married couples. We found the futon in the basement was a bit short but there were two cots available and we used one in the basement. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. We had a running toilet and learned that would shut off the water, once we knew the problem we had no further issues with the water. The kitchen was small but had most everything we needed. We had a wonderful time swimming, paddle boarding, floating on tubes, fishing, hiking in the area and walking around the lake and the homes in the area.
