The accommodation is available both in the summer period, and in the winter period being equipped with heating and air conditioning
We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, air conditioning and free WI-FI.
Guests are reminded that when booking flats Flat 1 there is an extra charge to be paid at check-in during the summer months, including June onwards, for the cost of parking.

Pros: The location is 10/10 - perfectly central. The flat has a good size and is newly renovated. Everything is clean and makes a good impression. The contact to the host via Whatsapp works well and fast. Private parking in an external garage is available, clean and secure.
Cons: Private Parking is off-site and you have to walk a bit to get to the apartment (cross a road and then stairs!). Check-In was busy during our arrival so we had to wait quite some time at the parking garage until we could check in. It is very difficult to get to the apartment with the car (to get in/out the luggage) because of the central location, so I decided to carry most of it by hand to the garage.
