About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 86 m² house for rent in Maissemy, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV and sofas
- Dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Mezzanine area with single bed and cot
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- 300 m² enclosed garden
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The house is ideally located in Maissemy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Leisure: water park 10 km away, bowling, fishing, cycling and hiking, horse riding at Trefcon
- Sightseeing: visit the town of St Quentin and its park, visit the Vermand washhouse, walk and hike around the Bihécourt pond, cities (Paris 1h30, Lille 1h15, Reims 1h)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

La Maissemiacoise "This is a newly renovated property done to a high standard (we were only the second group to stay there). Agnes has taken a lot of thought to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable from
The moment you arrive. Exactly as described and very comfortable with lots of room. A nice garden with a great bbq that we used every night. Shopping for groceries is 10 minutes away in St Quentin. There is also a small park at the top of the road that has two football goals and a basketball hoop - kept my boys happy! Can’t fault this place and would recommend highly to anyone."
