Newly built in 2020, this wooden house with upscale furnishings is an ideal holiday home for up to eight people. It offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The heart of the house is the kitchen. This generously designed creative workshop invites you to cosy up, enjoy, unwind or simply have a good time. Professional kitchen appliances such as induction hob, Teppanyaki grill, steamer, oven, etc. offer excellent opportunities to prepare new creations.
148 m² living space, 2500 m² meadow, two fire bowls, Weber barbecue, relaxation room with infrared cabin, ski room with ski boot dryer, a large asphalted car park, 22 KW E-charging station for cars (for fee), a covered terrace, bicycle room with service station. Ski racks etc. are available exclusively for you and your loved ones in Valtellina.
There are also enough sockets to charge the e-bikes. The bicycles can be parked in the annexe without hesitation, the entrance to the main house and annexe is video-monitored.
Further highlights are an exclusive infrared cabin, a Swedish stove and a SONOS sound system.
LOCATION:
The Valtellina house is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a meadow at the entrance to St. Gallenkirch, district Galgenul. The valley stations to the skiing and hiking areas Hochjoch and Silvretta Montafon are easily accessible by car in only two minutes or on foot in 15 minutes.
In three minutes by car you can reach the centre of St. Gallenkirch, where you will find several shops, various restaurants, bakeries, etc. The cross-country skiing and skating lounges are only two minutes away.
The cross-country skiing and skating trail is right next to the house, the cycling and walking trail is only 50 m away. Behind it lies the idyllic Ill stream. The Aquarena swimming pool is a 15-minute walk away.
