Enjoyed this property very much once we got in, and the location was ideal for exploring the village and surrounding area. We didn’t have as much help from the property manager as we would have hoped, but aside from that we had a delightful visit.This is a large former luxury hotel with secure access to the grounds as well as to the building itself AND the room, and we didn’t have the necessary key fob to unlock the gate until we had talked several residents into letting us through the gate and then into the lobby… after which we were finally able to find the room and the keybox containing our room key. We tried reaching out to the manager using vrbo repeatedly without success, but finally got a response via another system, and got the combination to the keybox… after an anxious hour or so we were settling in in relief and comfort.
