This is not the house we stayed in. At the last minute this location did not have heat so we stayed in a different rental. The upstairs was soooooo warm. The house was very sterile. The master bedroom's mattress was very comfortable. We had six adults and three children. The layout of the house was awkward and would have been better for all adults or children 10. Also, there are several hide away beds so privacy is an issue for larger parties. The house was very clean, the kitchen was large. The management company staff were very nice and were very responsive.

Beautiful home & Decor...perfect for large or multiple families visiting for tournaments at Grand Park. Just 7 minutes to Grand Park...many wonderful restaurants and Grocery Stores just a few minutes away. Nice neighborhood...felt very safe. Large private backyard with cafe lights and plenty of seating on the patio with grill...wish we were staying longer. Hosts went above and beyond with special touches...bottled waters in the fridge...incidentals in a basket in case you forgot something...and the sectional was super comfy!...We definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting Grand Park ....oh and it was raining one night so we parked in the garage!...nice convenience.

House was clean and comfortable with all the amenities!! Such an easy drive to Grand Park for a week of softball! Neighbor was so nice and friendly! Hope to book again for future tournaments!

This house is clean, and well maintained inside and out. Best looking house on the street. The owner has been thoughtful about layout and amenities. Nice outdoor patio with a grill and yard games. It is close to Grand Park, restaurants, grocery, hiking and biking trails. The owner does a great job of communicating prior to, and through your stay. Highly recommended.
