•Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is a 1-car garage as well as additional parking in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.

The check in email failed to provide an after hours code to access the property. We had to call an emergency number at 2 AM to get the code to gain entry. With regard to the kitchen, the coffee maker was difficult, at best, to operate.

We had a great time, and the house was perfect. No complaints - would do it all again.

Great location for playing the golf courses there. House is beautifully decorated. We had 3 children under 5, we brought our own baby gates. All appliances are new and work perfect. Every room had a large TV. All bed were comfortable and all have ceiling fans. I would definetely stay there again,Only thing I would suggest is to get blackout shades in bedrooms. .
