Sehr gute Lage mit kleinen Kindern zum Wasser, was auch ungefährlich flach ist. Viele Sitzbereiche für alle Wetterlage und Sonnenstände. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, falls es doch mal zu heiß wird - man kann aber auch gut Durchzug herstellen.

Im Außenbereich hätte es gerne sauberer sein können.
