Good location.
No hot tub - the tub on site is for shared use. This wasnt clear and we booked this thinking we had a hot tub in the garden, not one we had to book, times dictated and shared use. Would not have booked if we had known. Drains smelt in the kitchen and garden. Patio door seal was poor, drafty and cold. The hot water was stupidly hot, a scald risk, no warning of how hot the water is. The shower leaked into the living area through the ceiling. Reported it but they didnt bother to come look at the indoor water feature
