Appartement cosy avec un gros plus l'extérieur sans vis a vis dans un quartier calme La réalisation de l état des lieux dématérialisé est très facile et agrémenté de photo modèle. Au top. Situé a moins de 15 minutes du vieux Tours et point central pour rayonner pour les visites des châteaux limitrophes. Le stationnement dans la rue est un plus attention car le stationnement s effectue des 2 côtés de la voie.
Dommageable que le volet de la cuisine qui donne sur la rue ne s'ouvre pas. Peut etre un défaut de télécommande. Signalé
