About this house rental

This Notting Hill vacation rental is both homely and luxurious, perfect for families seeking a home away from home in an elegant setting with ample indoor and outdoor entertainment for children!

Westbourne Grove is laid out over five floors, accessed from the ground floor with a staircase separating each landing.

You are welcomed into a contemporary living area, tastefully decorated with conversational pieces and comfortable furnishings. An open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are down the hall, boasting a 12-seater dining table perfect for Sunday brunches; serviced by a guest wash closet. The large patio doors open onto a lush dual garden, one dedicated to children's outdoor activities and another with outdoor seating and dining facilities, for those warm summer months.

Down a flight of stairs and into the basement, you’ll find a cinema with a 7ft projector screen, a fully equipped kitchen, a playroom, a wash closet, an office as well as an enticing entertainment and fitness area. There is also a bedroom with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) on this floor, serviced by an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall.

Up the stairs and on the first-floor you will discover the opulent master bedroom with a UK emperor-sized bed (8ft wide) which can be configured into two small UK double beds (4ft wide) on request. The accompanying ensuite bathroom with a shower stall and bathtub is accessed through a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) is located on the first-floor landing, serviced by an ensuite with a shower stall. There are three further bedrooms located on the second-floor, one with a UK single bunk bed (3ft wide each) and two with single UK single beds (3ft wide). These bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The nanny’s bedroom with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) and a crib, is on the third and final floor, equipped with a kitchenette and serviced by an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is very well located with plenty of space and a wonderful back yard. The home was very clean and there was so many toys and activities for the children to play with during our stay. There were 13 of us in the house (6 adults, 6 children and an infant) in the house and there was plenty of room for sleeping, watching movies on a big projector screen in the basement, and entertaining and eating in a lovely dining area which looks out on the tremendous back yard. Working with Ivy was very professional and they communicate clearly and efficient;y during the entire stay.
