Winter activities: In winter, you can enjoy direct access to the cross-country ski trail right outside the door and the best connection to the ski area thanks to the immediate proximity to the Fadail-Pedra Grossa valley station (2 min walk, Ski-in/Ski-out). The children's ski school with the Kinderland Aurara is practically on the doorstep, so that even the little guests get their money's worth. Additionally, the apartment is next to the enchanting Eichhörnliwald forest, where the magical Zauberwald Lenzerheide event takes place in winter. Summer activities: In summer, Heidsee offers numerous leisure activities: Hiking, biking, fishing, windsurfing, paddle boating and stand-up paddling. For families, there are barbecue and playground areas right by the lake. The apartment is situated in the middle of a nature reserve, providing a relaxing and natural environment. The sports bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and the post bus stop to Chur or St. Moritz is only 50 metres away, offering excellent connections to the surrounding cities.

Additionally, there is a pull-out bed for two people available (mattress size 90 × 200 cm). The apartment has an open, modern kitchen as well as a bathroom with a toilet.
