Location excellent! Large bedrooms, both really comfortable! Well equipped with everything you would need.
No parking. Very small (downstairs) with door directly into living room with no real place to put muddy shoes. Had to be very careful to take shoes off immediately - cream living room carpet! That said, perfectly fine for a quick trip for 2. Would recommend better lock/security on door as it looked like it was recently broken/removed and only way to close door was to lock it with key.

Gorgeous cottage in the centre of Kingham- 2 pubs and a shop in walking distance. Close to the track to walk to Daylesford. The cottage exceeded our expectations: perfectly clean, spacious, stylish and equipped with all you need for a self catering stay. Easy and quick communication with hosts and convenient lock box check in. Would we stay again? A definite yes!

Excellent location, super easy check in with the key box and property exactly as described.
The shower pressure was awful and the first floor mattress was attrocious and needs changing.
