About this house rental
Holiday home located on a large natural plot bounded by trees by Agger. The cottage is bounded by the road and is thus optimal for the family who wants peace and quiet from the surroundings. There are plenty of cozy nooks and opportunities to enjoy the sun in the shelter and silence. With only approx. 300 meters to Flat Lake, the house is perfectly located for most people. The cottage is also close to both the North Sea and the Limfjord. From the kitchen-dining room there is access to the covered terrace, where you can grill on the house grill, while the children play safely on the large plot. On the 1st floor of the cottage is the living room, from which there is a view of the natural plot. There is a wood burning stove as well as both Danish and German TV channels, which allows for indoor coziness in the autumn rain and debris. The cottage contains three bedrooms, and for the little ones there is a high chair and cot. With the heat pump, there is the possibility of energy-friendly heating of the cottage. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
