About this house rental
Exceptionally well-kept holiday home with a unique location directly by the water in Kulhuse. The house stands on an expansive plot of nearly 3,000 m² and offers stunning sea views. This is an ideal setting for families who value space, comfort, and direct access to the coast. At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and living area, where large windows provide a magnificent view of the coastline and the sea. This inviting space is perfect for family gatherings, shared meals, and relaxing together. Originally built in 1962, the house was thoroughly renovated in 2015 and now combines charm with modern comfort. The property has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. A well-appointed bathroom completes the interior layout. From the living room, you step directly out onto the terrace, furnished with seating and a grill, where you can enjoy unforgettable evenings with panoramic views across the water. The vast natural plot extends all the way to the shoreline, offering plenty of room to play, relax, and take in the maritime atmosphere. Just about 1 km away lies Kulhuse Harbour, where you will find the area’s best sandy beach. The beach is shallow and particularly child-friendly, making it perfect for families with young children. From 1 April to 30 September, you can also take the small ferry from Kulhuse Harbour across to Sølager in Hundested, adding an extra touch of adventure to your holiday. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
