Attractive, newly built in 2023, this holiday home offers 135 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is located in a popular holiday area with very child-friendly beaches within easy reach, making it ideal for families seeking both relaxation and fun. The house features a spacious, open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining space and cozy seating for family gatherings. The room has a vaulted ceiling up to the ridge and large panoramic windows that fill the space with natural light. From here, you have direct access to a beautiful and very large terrace, perfect for enjoying meals, sunshine, and the peaceful surroundings. There are four bedrooms in the house, each with a double bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. In addition, there are two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, adding to the comfort and convenience of your stay. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the living area offers a relaxing space to unwind together. Outside, the terrace invites you to fire up the grill, enjoy the sun, or simply soak in the tranquility. The home is an excellent base for exploring Northern Zealand and its many attractions, from scenic coastal walks to charming towns and cultural sites. No rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
