Experience the tranquility of rural living at our charming farm house nestled on 60 acres of pristine land. Discover the natural beauty of the private hiking trails, where you can explore the Willamette Forest and enjoy breathtaking views of the McKenzie River. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature with complete privacy and no neighbors you can truly unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday.
Our property borders 1000's of acres of BLM and state lands that are not easily accessible through public access. Excellent elk, deer, quail, and grouse populations. The rear of our property resides rail creek a year around water source for wildlife. There is also a small pond near the house that the frogs love and deer frequent. An apple and plum orchard adorns the property and is frequented by our elk herd.

Beautiful setting and a wonderful arrangement for several families with kitchens upstairs and downstairs. New construction and great potential for trail walking, berry picking, gathering apples and pears from the orchard.
