About this apartment rental
Former country estate with apartments just 900 meters from the sea. After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate is made up of several buildings which are beautifully set in the large gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. There are wonderfully long, free beaches north of Marina di Grosseto. Highlights: WLAN. Use of the swimming pool at Camping le Marze, 600 meters away, on request and for a fee. Activities nearby: The Bay of Grosseto has been awarded the Blue Flag for excellent water quality. Here you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of bathing undisturbed. The location is also ideal for day trips to famous cultural and historical cities of Pisa, Siena and Florence. Tip: A visit to the Uccellina Natural Park, which is only 29 kilometers away. Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Barbecuing not allowed. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm). Use of the pool at the Le Marze campsite, 600 m away, on request and for a fee.
