About this house rental

Bring the whole family for fun-filled days and nights in this spacious two-story home with plenty of room for everyone. Wake up to sunshine filtering in through the many windows, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the beautifully appointed kitchen with a host of modern amenities. Enjoy the large private backyard, where you`ll find a short volleyball net, basketball hoop, BBQ, and large outdoor dining area. Gather around the fire for s`mores and laughter, or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the spacious dining room. Complete with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a laundry room, and fully stocked kitchen, this home is perfect for a getaway you and your family will remember forever.

The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. Located close to town but allows for plenty of privacy.

We recommend having your own transportation.

NO Pets.

Only use fire pit if you have adequate experience and know how to keep the fires under control and operate them safely. Use them at your own risk.

Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.

This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed, and please take care to minimize food going down the drain in the sink.

Because we keep the home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

We`re keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.

Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.

No illegal drugs allowed, it`s the law.

Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am.

Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.

Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.

Hot tub: No horse playing which includes whirl pooling, MAX 4 people in the tub at one time, do not sit on the edges, no food, no glass in or around the tub. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or someone over the age of 18. No one wants to bath with you so please shower prior to use. Use is at your own risk, please exercise caution when entering, exiting, & using the tub.

No smoking is allowed indoors.

We are honored you decided to choose our home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you.

We have a generous stock of food and condiments for your use. Please check freshness dates, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities, and consume with discretion. We we do not take responsibility for the food and drinks you consume.

Running an hour late? Want to stay an extra hour? Should be fine, just let us know in advanced.

License to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship.
Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. This Agreement is not a lease, does not convey any real-property interest, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under any state or local law.

Primary Guest Responsible for All Occupants.
The individual who books the reservation (“Primary Guest”) hereby accepts full legal and financial responsibility for (a) themselves, (b) all other guests, occupants, invitees, visitors, or persons allowed onto the Property (“Additional Guests”), regardless of whether such persons have signed this Agreement. Primary Guest represents and warrants that all Additional Guests shall comply with all rules, policies, and terms of this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement by an Additional Guest shall be deemed a breach by the Primary Guest.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Guest and all Additional Guests shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or costs arising out of or related to:
(a) Guest’s or any Additional Guest’s use or occupancy of the Property;
(b) violations of this Agreement or House Rules;
(c) personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on or about the Property;
(d) actions or omissions of Additional Guests, invitees, or third parties allowed onto the Property.
This indemnity applies even if only the Primary Guest executes this Agreement.

Responsibility for Unauthorized Guests.
Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that no person enters or occupies the Property unless disclosed to Owner or Property Manager. Primary Guest shall be liable for the conduct, damages, and violations caused by any unauthorized guest, whether known to Primary Guest or not.

The amenities at this VRBO surpassed anything my family has experienced. The equipment, toys and space for our granddaughter were exceptional. A built in baby gate at the top of the stairs!We were there for 5 nights and the kitchen had lots of storage containers, bags, etc for leftovers and insulated containers with lids for coffee to take with us in the morning . Beds and pillows were comfortable.We had 9 adults and the toddler and people could retreat to their rooms if needed or hang out with others. Highly recommend!
