L'emplacement de l'établissement est idéal proche centre de Concarneau
Super accueil.
Super gestion des partie communes avec en plus un petit patio facilitant le dialogue entre tous.
Etablissement très propre.
La qualité du couchage et du canapé sont à revoir
Pour des retraités il est difficile de dormir sur des mezzanines avec en plus un matelas médiocre.
Le clic clac était vraiment inconfortable en position assise et ouvert. On sentait les ressorts.

• Location near De Ville is a plus.
• Warm welcome by Katy—appreciated.
• Price was fair, but price-quality ratio is disappointing.
• From the outside, the building looks old and poorly maintained.
• Located on a busy road. Our room was at the back—quiet. Front rooms might be noisy.
• Major downside (reason we won’t return): no smoke detectors.
• Our rooms were in the back with small stairways—very limited escape options in case of fire.
• Another big issue: strong smell of smoke throughout the property.
• In the morning, three men were heavily smoking in the small patio. Didn’t seem like guests.
• These same three were watching TV in the shared living room during breakfast.
• Felt like we were intruding in someone else’s space. Again, unsure if they were guests.
• Patio is small—which is fine—but too smoky to sit there with kids.
• Overall atmosphere feels more like a hostel.
• We had the quadruple room with private bath.
• Barely clean, very old, and some parts not well maintained.
• Bedrooms have loft-style beds—creates space, but unbearably hot
