I was sent the wrong code by booking.com and had to call up customer service to get the correct details.
The toilet brush was disgusting, and needed cleaning between guests. The fridge had been unplugged so when we go there it took a while to get everything cold enough, and the hot tub took until the next day to get warm. Otherwise it was a great location for the places we needed to get to and the facilities were great for our stay

We couldn’t use the hot tub on the first day as it needed to heat up due to be cleaned out that morning. Whilst we appreciate it being clean, we missed out on using the hot tub on 1 out of the 4 days we were there.
Towels provided were quite small
No gate on the decking therefore not secure for our dog

Comfy bed, hot tub, quiet location but close to town (walkable in less than 10 mins) - steep hill to climb on the way home so might not be an easy walk for for the less mobile.
Bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch.

Arrived at the property, the hot tub was lukewarm, so was very disappointed we couldn’t use it the 1st night, we paid a lot of money for something that wasn’t ready to use, emailed the owner, they just said they would speak to there maintenance team so it didn’t happen again, they were not really bothered about our inconvenience, I would not stay here again. Check in was 4pm we asked could we check in slightly earlier but it was a flat no.
Dog hairs on the pull out bed settee, the bedroom door was paper thin so every noice in the lounge/kitchen was so loud.
