sehr spärliche Ausstattung. Trotz Fernseher kein einziges Fernsehprogramm. kein Radio. Keine Sitzpolster für die Balkon Möbel. einfache Ausstattung. Obwohl zusätzliche Kosten ausgeschlossen sein sollen, laut der Beschreibung kommen hohe Park Kosten noch dazu. Bei Airbnb wird eine vergleichbare Wohnung vom gleichen Anbieter wenige Stockwerke unterhalb dieser Wohnung für 25 % günstiger angeboten. Kein Zugeständnis vom Vermieter auf den Wettbewerb Preis einzugehen.
