The spaciousness and design elements made for a fine living experience. The sauna was an added benefit
To gain entrance to the parking spot access was required through a outside street port entrance. This was unfortunately sometimes blocked. However with a little bit of street smarts I was able to gain entrance in a reasonable amount of time.

Super zentrale Lage . Parkplatz im Hof, Goldwert! Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral! Grosses Loft, modern und einladend. Warm, auch nachts , obwohl schlecht regulierbar wegen Fussbodenheizung.
Sicherlich gibt sich das Putzteam Mühe, alles sauber zu machen. Aufgrund der Grösse des Raumes und des anfallenden Staubes, gibt es noch Lampen und Ecken, die schon Staub und Mehr angesetzt haben. Beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche, Gott Lob, erst hinterher, möchte ich hier nicht mehr darin schlafen mögen!!! Aber, die Sanierung ist sehr aufwendig gelungen, aber dann mangelt es an der Investition an Besteck, Möbeln, Lampen und anderem entsprechendem Interieur. Der Vorhof war mit Kippen übersät, schmutzig und nichtsdestotrotz dem Anspruch dienlich. Alles in allem, schön, zentral gelebt haben zu dürfen, aber nicht noch einmal. Übrigens, dass Passwort fürs wlan gibt es nur auf Anfrage, keinerlei Hinweis, wie es mit dem Fernseher oder sonst weitergeht. Also, Vorsicht, ältere Mitbürger, ihr seit auf euch selbst angewiesen.
