- location directly on a small beach with clear nice water
- Clean

- 1 sun umbrella and 1 beach chair available
- Almost no internet available (was running maybe 30min in the morning but afterwards it was always down)
- Room a bit too small for 2 persons + luggages ( looks larger on the site photos)

Totul a fost perfect! Vila este amplasata exact la malul marii, priveliștea este superba, camerele arata exact ca in poze, totul este foarte curat, centrul este la 15 min de mers pe jos. Plaja este sălbatica, noi am avut șezlonguri la noi si umbrela, insa am găsit si la cazare. Ai intimitate si te poti bucura de plaja si soare.
Domnul proprietar este de nota 100, pe lângă ca este o persoana primitoare si sociabila, pe noi ne-a ajutat enorm, deoarece fetita noastra in penultima zi a facut febra mare, iar domnul Stergios a sunat imediat la un pediatru foarte bun, i-a explicat situatia si ne-a primit imediat cu fetita.
Pe tot parcursul sejurului au avut grija sa ne simtim bine!

Die Lage ist perfekt für Menschen die abseits des großen Trubels, das Meer direkt vor der Tür, genug Parkplätze, aber auch in kürzester Zeit an belebten Orten sein wollen.
Das Haus ist neu, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man/frau benötigt. Der Vermieter ist super nett, täglich vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit.
Durch die Lage etwas abseits vom Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig und im Meer schwimmen nur ein paar Nachbarn.
Der Strand ist allerdings sehr schmal und nicht wirklich „schön“. Den benötigt man aber auch nicht, das die Wohnung direkt am Strand liegt.
Vom Balkon oder der Terrasse sind es somit 5 Meter ins Wasser.
Eine Außendusche ist auch vorhanden.
Mit 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, aber wir sind auch mit 3 gut klargekommen.
Die dritte Person schläft dann auf der Ausziehcoutch, was natürlich den Platz verringert.
Aber passt auch.
Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Our vacation in Greece on Kassandra was a real fairy tale, and in many ways this is thanks to the wonderful apartments we booked on BOOKING.
From the very beginning, we were amazed by the level of comfort and attention to detail. The apartments are brand new, with modern designer renovations and all the necessary luxury appliances. You feel like you're in a five-star hotel, but with the feeling of home comfort.
As for nature, it's just amazing! The sea here is incredible: crystal clear, warm, with picturesque beaches. The climate is perfect for relaxation: warm sunny days with a pleasant sea breeze. Sunbathing and swimming are a real pleasure!
I would like to give a special mention to our host, Stelios. His hospitality, kindness, and sincere care made our vacation truly unforgettable. He was always available, gave excellent recommendations, and created an incredibly positive atmosphere.
He didn't just rent us accommodation, he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a perfect stay.
If you want more than just a vacation, but a real fairy tale, choose these apartments..
